Hi, I'm Thaïs. (pronounced ty-EES) 

 My journey as a professional photographer started over 20 years ago as a photojournalist for a major newspaper in Brazil. In 2003, after my daughter was born, I began to photograph weddings and portraits and fell in love with it. 

 I treasure people and their unique stories and love to document them through photography. My goal is to make my clients comfortable behind my camera, so I can capture the emotions in a natural way. 

 Most of my clients come to me through referrals. And I'm so proud of it!  

 I live in Sacramento with my husband Roger and our dogs Kaspar and Harley. When I'm not photographing, I enjoy being around my family and friends, listening to the music, watching movies, cooking, traveling, swimming, dancing and celebrating life! Cheers!
